The Transition Committee is assembling information about the congregation including statistical data about our composition, a story of our congregational life together and our vision of how we want to develop our ministry in the future. The committee will summarize this information to give prospective pastors a portrait of the congregation to help us, the Bishop and potential pastors assess whether they might be a good fit for our congregation. We will be using several different means to build up this portrait over the coming months. At this time, we have a survey to help us start to gather this information. We encourage each family member to fill out a survey. If you have not yet completed one, you can pick one up from the table in the Narthex and when it's finished please put it into the white box. If you have any questions about the survey or the transition process, please call one of the committee members. Committee members: Knut Aagaard, Dave Carr, Nancy McGee, Gordy Phelps, Linda Siebert, Laurie Stevahn, Barbara Thieme and Pastor Doug Stensby
